1:1 Coaching

Wellness or Sport Focus Coaching, we not only look at your nourishment & fuel but sleep, daily movement, stress management and how emotions may be effecting your food choices.

Three month 1:1 coaching goes beyond a meal plan. We work together to build health habits in order to get you energized and nourished for short and long-term health.

Three Month Package include: Initial 60-75 minute Consult, Weekly check-ins, Unlimited email and messaging on my client portal Practice Better, Journal reviews, Two 30-45 minute follow-up calls each month

Group Coaching

Teams/Clubs/Gyms: As a former professional soccer player and CrossFit Games Athlete, I know, first hand, how essential fueling strategies are in order to perform your best. I help athletes (from everyday athletes to pro) and teams win on and off the field by dialing in the what, when, why, and how of fueling.

Workshops, Team Talks, Wellness Challenges, Online Classes, Gym Nutrition Programs, Sport Nutrition Consultations for Teams.

Corporations: Educate your employees to healthier & happier lives. 8-week wellness programs, lunch & learns, workshops, & webinars. Employees are at home and still need resources to stay healthy.

Not ready to work 1:1 or thrive in a small group environment?

Michele’s Women’s Wellness Online Small Group Program is an 8-week long intimate class with a focus on improving your nourishment of the body and mind, moreover your relationship with self & food! You will learn to recognize diet culture, ditch the diet mentality, find FOOD FREEDOM, take back your relationship with food and become friends with your body.

Two 30-minute consults, weekly group calls, modules as well as exercises to begin implementing this approach of healthy habits.
