In this class you will unlearn all the BS diet culture has taught us and relearn how to take care of you in a realistic and sustainable way. You with come away with new tools, resources, and skill sets as well as an improved confidence in your food choices, body image and body movement. Begin to learn and implement an Intuitive Eating lifestyle (that you cannot fail at) in order to ditch diets once and for all. Breakthrough diet culture BS to be the person you are meant to be. Nutrition information & Diet Culture is everywhere!

There is no shortage of nutrition information. Carbs are bad, carrots have too much sugar, eat more fat, actually don’t eat a lot of fat, try intermittent fasting, go plant-based, only buy organic, etc. etc.

Much of the time you may feel you know too much about nutrition and health, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, confused and not sure if what you are eating is ‘right.’

You DO NOT need to try harder or have more will power over what you eat.

What you DO need is how to navigate and respond to diet culture. Give yourself more choices, more freedom, and more connection back to your body, for improved confidence, empowerment and self respect.

This course will help you learn and find what is ‘right’ for you in order to feel confident in your food choices, body and moreover, your life.

How the group works

  1. You start with a 45 minute initial consult with me! Just like 1:1 clients, I want to know more about you, your struggles, goals, eating habits so I know what steps we needs to take and where to focus for your ultimate success.

  2. You will be ONE of ten women in the group with full access to me.

  3. The groups and our relationship will live on my client portal (Practice Better) an app and website (easily accessible)

  4. Group message board to share struggles, wins, and questions for 24/7 support

  5. Weekly Nutrition Modules (videos covering different Nutrition for Empowerment topics) will become available every Sunday afternoon with handouts and worksheets.

    1. Some topics: Open your eyes to Diet Culture & Relationship with Food/Self, Nourishment 101: The What & Why of nourishment, How Much should we be eating? Body Trust, Body Image,

  6. Food & Mood Journal Review available for me to review and give you feedback on

  7. Bi-weekly Coaching Calls: 4 total calls with the other women to answer questions, share wins, struggles for more support, change and empowerment!

Hi! I’m Michele Fumagalli

I am a Registered Dietitian, Founder of Fit Plate Nutrition, strong mom, athlete, ‘cook’ and huge foodie! My passion is to help women nourish their mind and body with out diets. My approach is through intuitive eating, exercise and mindfulness.

Women are constantly told how they should look, eat and act to be successful and healthy. Let me tell you this is completely unrealistic and FALSE! Let’s punch Diet Culture in the face and begin taking better care of ourselves because we deserve better through nutrition, stress management, movement and body image.
